Hey folks! Tonight for tea I made this lovely slow cooker dinner! Chicken, rice & vegetables 🙂 Such simple flavours but you could go mad and add all sorts of seasonings and flavourings to jazz it up ’til your hearts content! Everything I used will be listed below.

Serves 3-4 adults (depends on the amount of chicken you’re using)

* 1 Tablespoon onion granules/powder or garlic if you prefer
* 1 Tablespoon chicken seasoning – or seasoning of your choice
* 1 Cup finely diced onions
* 1 Cup finely diced mushrooms – I used chestnut mushrooms
* 1 Cup frozen peas
* 3-4 Chicken breasts or chicken thighs
* 2 Cups rice – I used easy cook long grain
* 1 Cup cut green beans
* 1 Cup frozen sweetcorn
* 2 Chicken stock/bullion cubes – I used OXO cubes
* 1 Cup finely diced carrots
* Optional salt/pepper/soy sauce/garlic or any other flavourings you like
