Here are some more lazy vegan snack ideas for you guys! Easy, quick to make and healthy-ish. From chocolate chip cookies to grilled ‘cheese’, I’ve got it all covered.

Some of them require more work than others but over all pretty lazy ideas if you ask me haha

What you’ll need:

Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookie For One:

1 tsp vegan butter
2 tsp almond milk
2 tsp raw sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
a pinch of cinnamon (feel free to add more)
2 1/2 Tbsp spelt flour
a pinch of baking powder
1 tsp almond milk for better consistency

Vegan Grilled Hummus Cheese:

2 pieces of bread
2 tbsp hummus (can be more or less)
1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
a handful of greens (spinach or arugula)

Dates filled with Nut Butter:

a hanful of dates
nut butter (HIGHLY recommend hazelnut butter)
roasted, crushed nuts such as hazelnuts

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips:

1-2 tortillas, I used wheat
2 – 3 Tbsp almond milk
a few tbsp cinnamon sugar

dips: 1 banana, a few tbsp natural flavoured vegan yogurt
