Dry Red Chilli – 5 No’s
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 3/4 tbsp
Chilli Powder – 3/4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – For Tempering
Mustard Seeds – For Temerping
Tamarind – 1 Lemon Size
Curry Leaves – As Required
Coriander Leaves – As Required
Asafoetida Cubes – A Small Piece
Cashew Nuts – As Required
Dry Grapes – As Required
Salt – To Taste
Ghee – 5 tbsp
Gingelly Oil – For Cooking


Potato – 4 No’s
Cornflour – 3 to 3 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – As Required
Salt – To Taste
Oil – For Fry
