3 tablespoons (43g) melted salted butter

•Cheesecake Filling•
8oz (250g) softened cream cheese
100g powdered erythritol
100g plain yogurt
200ml heavy whipping cream
1-2 teaspoons (4g-8g) lemon juice
2 gelatine sheets or 3 teaspoons (9g)
powdered gelatine. Bloom it in 3tbsp of cold water for 5 mins then microwave for 10 sec.

Yields 8 servings
Net carbs per serving: 3.3g
Fiber: 1.1g
Fat: 25g
Protein: 6.5g
Net calories: 271
