Hope you all doing well. Again welcome back to me channel. Here I am present with my new and fresh video. In this video I have shared a healthy dinner recipe with you all. We often have problem of digestion infact whoever in diet they are in very much confusion what to eat and what not to . We Indian our cusine is mainly including of spices and oil, yes it is tasty but it is also not so good for health. Here I have shared a simple dinner plate which is best for diet and also digestion. Another thing is it is totally veg and plant based except the Cottage chesse but you can substitute with Topu. Thus this dinner plate can also be call Vegan if you change panner into Tofu.
This plate include with full of nutritional value.

*Roti – Fiber
*Sabji – Carrot (vitamin A ) , Beans ( vitamin c and also low in calories) , Paneer / Tofu ( Protein ).
*Dahi (yogurt) – Calcium.
*Cucumber – Detoxify .
