Today I’m showing you an interesting, very simple, yummy and healthy protein rich breakfast recipe…that is Overnight Oats. Overnight Oats is made with Oats, Milk, Yoghurt, etc., and is a very healthy, protein rich breakfast option. It is a delicious combination of Carbohydrates, Protein and a great Vegan option too. It is a very tasty yet simple recipe, so easy to prepare and can be done in 10-15 mins. So, I’m showing you here how to make it at home in a healthier way with simple ingredients and tips and tricks to get the perfect texture.

Ingredients –
3 Cups Oats, 2 Cups Milk, 1 Cup Curd, 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 3 Tbsp Honey, 1 Cup Blueberries, 1 Cup Cranberries, 1 Cup Apples, Banana

Recipe –
Take a mixing bow, add 3 Cups Oats, 2 Cups Milk, 1 Cup Curd, 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 3 Tbsp Honey and mix well
Transfer this mixture into 3 Glasses equally
To each of the glass, add 1 Cup Blueberries, 1 Cup Cranberries, 1 Cup Apples and mix well
Keep it in refrigerator overnight
Next day morning, add some banana slices, drizzle some honey and mix thoroughly
That’s it YUMMY and HEALTHY PROTEIN RICH OVERNIGHTS OATS BREAKFAST is ready!!
