Welcome to our new tasty Cookie Show, Season 2. It’s time to make something fresh and cool for summer hot days! Our little “chefs”, Xenia and Alice grew up and are ready to surprise you with some amazing summer dessert recipes. But here’s the challenge! Girls have the same ingredients, but different recipes. So, only 4 ingredients and 2 absolutely different desserts to cool down your summer. Watch the new video, grab the easy recipes and enjoy the show.
The easiest ice-cream kids can make:
3 cups strawberries (600 g)
2 ripe bananas
¼ cup Greek yogurt (50 g)
3 tsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice (optionally)
Grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds and put them in the freezer for at least four hours. To easily remove the hardened ice cream, you need to immerse the molds for a few seconds in hot water. Delicious and natural banana-strawberry ice cream with yogurt is ready!
The tenderest Panna Cotta you ever tried:
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (350 g)
1 ¼ cups strawberries (150 g)
1 1/16 tbsp agar-agar (10 g)
2-3 tbsp honey (85 g)
2 pcs ripe banana (optionally)
¼ cups milk (50 ml) (optionally)
Rinse strawberries, grind in a blender until smooth. Mix agar-agar with milk, and heat. Add strawberry mixture. Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 3 minutes. Cool the mixture slightly, add yogurt, honey and mix. Put sliced bananas into a silicone mold. Pour in strawberry yogurt mixture. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for several hours until fully set.
