Ingredients
1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Flax seeds powder
2 tbsp Oat fiber
3 cups Water
2 Coriander roots
6-7 garlic
1 tsp Ground pepper
25 g Shallots
1/4 cup Coconut oil
20 g Erythritol
2 tsp Stevia syrup
3/4 tsp Salt
Wrapped Dough Ingredients (This recipe can make 10 pieces : 20 grams of filling)
1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
1 + 3/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Wheat gluten
1 tbsp Oat fiber
Season with a pinch of salt, stevia syrup.
