Stew Sauce:
+ 1T gochujang
+ 1T gochugaru
+ 1T soy sauce
+ 1T minced garlic
+ salt n pepper to taste
Other Ingredients:
+ 1 box of firm tofu
+ 4 sausages
+ 1 box of spam
+ 1 green onion
+ 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
+ 4 cups of beef bone broth
+ 3T baked beans
+ 1 cup of kimchi
+ 1/2 onion
+ 2/3 cup of rice cakes
+ 1 pack of spicy ramen
+ 1 slice of cheddar cheese
Steps:
1. Cut tofu, spam, and sausages into slices. (don’t think this is traditional but i like to pan fry the spam for some crisp before putting it in)
2. Slice onion, green onion, dice garlic, and prep the enoki mushrooms.
3. Combine gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Start heating up your beef bone broth.
5. Place the onions first, and arrange the spam, tofu, rice cakes, sausage, and mushrooms however you want!
6. Add the sauce, baked beans, kimchi and scallion on top, in the middle of everything!
7. Pour in the beef bone broth and let it boil for 5 minutes.
8. Add your ramen and cheese, boil till cooked.
9. Enjoy! 😋
